Terms of service

Last updated: May 22, 2026 · v2.1

Heads up: these terms govern your use of routera2a.com and our free resources. The specific terms of a paid engagement live in a separate Master Services Agreement signed at kickoff — that document controls if there's any conflict.

1. Agreement

By using this site, downloading our resources, submitting a brief, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

"RouterA2A," "we," "us," and "our" refer to RouterA2A LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "You" refers to the individual or business interacting with our services.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate that disrupts service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy substantial portions of our software, designs, or documentation.
  • Use our site or services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent in any communication with us.

4. Free resources

Resources we publish for free — guides, build logs, checklists, templates, code starters — are provided under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license unless otherwise marked. You can share them with attribution, but not for commercial resale.

Resources are provided "as is." We make no warranty that they will fit your situation, and we are not responsible for outcomes from applying them.

5. Paid engagements

Paid engagements (AI Workflow Audit, Build Sprint, Gateway & Governance) are governed by a separate written agreement signed at kickoff. That agreement covers:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Fees, invoicing, and payment terms
  • Confidentiality (mutual NDA)
  • Data processing and security
  • Intellectual property assignment
  • Warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification
  • Termination and refund rights

The summary pricing and timelines on this site are non-binding marketing material — the signed engagement letter is what binds either of us.

6. Intellectual property

The RouterA2A name, logo, written content, designs, and templates on this site are owned by RouterA2A LLC. The license in §4 applies to content explicitly marked as free resources. Everything else, including the look and feel of the site, is reserved.

For deliverables created during a paid engagement, IP assignment to the client is the default, subject to the engagement letter.

7. Third-party links & integrations

We link to third-party products (Portkey, OpenRouter, n8n, etc.) for reference. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. Where a link is part of an affiliate or partner arrangement, we disclose it on our affiliate disclosure page.

8. Disclaimers

The site and free resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

AI advice on this site is general. Your situation is specific. Decisions about your AI stack are yours to make.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouterA2A's total liability arising from your use of this site or free resources is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

For paid engagements, the limitation of liability in the engagement letter applies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RouterA2A harmless from claims arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality violations.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the version date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

These terms are written in plain English deliberately. Where plain English and legal precision diverge, we've tried to lean toward clarity. Where it matters for a real engagement, the engagement letter is what counts.
