Pick a kickoff date on the Cal.com page. Pay 50% deposit. Sign mutual NDA & access agreement. Receive an intake form (20 min to complete).
Kickoff & access
60-min kickoff call. You give us read-only access to your AI tools, observability, and 2–3 stakeholder calendars. We confirm the scope of what we'll audit.
Discovery (async)
We catalog your stack, sample traffic, and run 3–5 stakeholder interviews (30 min each). Daily updates in a shared Slack channel.
Midpoint check-in
30-min call. We surface preliminary findings and confirm we're solving the right problem before we write the report.
Analysis & writing
Scoring, modeling, diagramming, writing. You don't see us much. We're cooking.
Readout & handoff
All deliverables shipped. 60-min live readout (recorded). Final 50% invoice issued. You decide whether to continue to Build Sprint.

Not a sales pitch
The audit is a real deliverable, not a 2-week pre-sales motion. If we conclude you should stay on Zapier, we'll write that down.
Not a code review
We sample your code & configs, but this isn't a line-by-line review. If you want one, we can scope that separately.
Not a compliance certification
We'll surface compliance gaps and write them down, but we're not SOC2 / HIPAA / GDPR auditors. We'll tell you which one you actually need.

What if I don't have anything in production yet?
That's the best time to audit. We'll review your prototypes, plans, and chosen stack, and tell you what to build vs. what to defer. Cheaper than learning the hard way.
How much access do you actually need?
Read-only is enough. We'll need: your gateway/proxy dashboards, your model provider billing, your workflow tool of choice, and a sample of recent traces. We don't need production credentials.
What if our stack is bigger than 1 workflow?
The $2,500 covers up to ~10 distinct workflows or agents. Larger estates take 3 weeks and run $4,500. We'll quote on intake.
Do you sign BAAs / DPAs?
Yes. Standard MNDA before kickoff. DPA / BAA available on request before access is granted.
Can we cancel?
Yes, before day 5 with a 50% refund. After day 5 we've done the work — full fee applies.
